Operating Principle

The cartesian robot extracts molded parts from the injection mold and places them into the cutting station.

The PLC controls the full sequence:

  3. Activation of heated cutting clamps

  4. Thermal trimming with PID temperature regulation

  5. Cutting verification

  6. Robot recall and part transfer

The entire cycle runs automatically and is fully synchronized.
